How Howard can help you?

Family law deals with complex and important matters such as domestic violence, parenting issues, child and spousal support and the division of assets (equalization of net family property). For over 40 years Howard has been providing his clients with advice and guidance in family law matters. Howard is often asked whether the first consultation is free and his answer is always the same – you get what you pay for.

In the first meeting Howard will analyze his client’s situation and provide both the law as it applies to the issues, and a roadmap as to the best course of action to follow. Should negotiation fail, there are a number of possible directions to take, such as litigation or alternate dispute resolution. Howard has a wealth of experience to assist his clients in making the right choices in order to achieve the best possible result.
